What’s the Life Planner?
The Life Planner is an all-in-one routine and task builder. I built it in Google Sheets and it keeps you on track with your recurring tasks, a detailed to do list and weekly and monthly overviews.
Main features:
Weekly routine builder
Weekly Goals with checkmark
Recurring tasks for your days, weeks and months with checkmark
Monthly overview
Dedicated to-do lists with custom categories, due dates
Sort to-do lists based on importance, date, difficulty or category
A purchases page to keep track of things you want to buy, things you’ve ordered and expected delivery times
Section 1a: Weekly Routine
Timeblock your routine so you know exactly where all your time is going!
Section 1b: Goals and Recurring tasks
This Week’s Goals is for all the goals you need to achieve by the end of the week and Recurring Tasks are for those Daily, Weekly and Monthly tasks that you want the satisfaction of ticking off every time ;)
Section 2: Monthly Overview
A place to plan the upcoming weeks, note down important events and priorities.
(You must change the dates manually every month)
Section 3: Detailed to-do’s
This is the most detailed (and prettiest!) to-do list I’ve ever made. You can mark things if they are progress or completed, and sort them based on Level, Priority or Category. Date will change colour based on overdue dates.
Section 4: Future Purchases
A section for things you want to buy, when you need to buy them, and to track if they have been ordered or delivered yet! Great for holiday purchases or if you buy a lot of things online like me :’)
