Hey, I’m Deb.
(Also known as @debbbag). I’m a designer, artist and productivity person based in Sydney. I created the life-changing viral productivity tools Timeblock Planner and Expense Tracker. I also host Mamamia’s productivity podcast 8 Minutes to Change Your (Work) Life!
I’ve been a designer and animator for almost a decade, creating work for brands such as Gucci, BBC, Unilver, Mulberry, Code Like A Girl, Nickelodeon, Disney, Doritos, Chucklefish and The Gorillaz. I’m currently working with the amazing folks at Google.
In my spare time, I like developing my personal art style, doing yoga (so one day I can touch my toes) and making pottery (to train myself to be less of a perfectionist).
What does Debbbag mean?
Debbbag is a dumb name that kinda stuck. Here’s the long winded story of how that became my social media username. It’s really not that interesting and no one asked for this.
My name is Deborah
A lot my friends call me Debbah with a thick Australian accent (for shits n' gigs, just girly things)
My friend made a typo and called me ‘Debbag’ instead of ‘Debbah’, and I found it hilarious
@debbag was taken so I had to use @debbbag (with 3 b’s) as my username
